Zembo Concierge was founded by Sarah Zembo, an American expat based in the Netherlands with a background in hospitality, event sales, customer support, and small business operations.

Sarah’s career has centered around helping people feel taken care of — from managing corporate and private events in San Francisco to supporting businesses through complex onboarding and service needs. Her experience spans venue sourcing, client communication, logistics coordination, relationship management, and hospitality-driven problem solving.

After relocating to the Netherlands, Sarah saw a clear need for a more personal, locally connected concierge service for English-speaking international teams and visitors. Zembo Concierge was created to bridge that gap: offering practical support, curated recommendations, and trusted local coordination for companies and groups who want to make the most of their time in the Netherlands.

Sarah brings a calm, thoughtful, and hands-on approach to every project. She speaks English, Urdu, and Hindi, and understands the needs of international clients navigating a new city, culture, and business environment. With Zembo Concierge, her goal is to make clients feel represented, supported, and confidently taken care of — even from miles away.
